Vestibule

The vestibule floor has plyboard on top of the orgional floor. The walls are a special colord glass and is orgional to the building. all will be retained and help to create a way cool entrance! Yeah!

Scaffolding Everywhere!

The floor is poured and we have raised the floor to the ceiling. THis will allow all the trades to intall their work at the same time without have dueling manlifts. In sixty days it will all be gone and we will have all systems in and the new ceiling in place. On time and hopefully on budget! If you look real close you cna see the stage in the middle rear of the picture. Floor is flat and stepped in front of the stage. Can't wait!

Week 14 of the Renovation

April 2010

The pace of construction is picking up with the Hippodrome's water, sewer and electic systems completly roughed-in. The concrete floor of the Hippodrome has been poured to create the flat layout that will allow for tables and chairs. Next the floor of the Taylor Mansion will be poured, and then Studio 518 will follow completing all of the foundations. Yeah!
